Thank you for visiting the Arrow Cabinets website. Our Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy are described below.

 

Return Policy:

All sales are final on sales of cabinets, tables, chairs and custom inserts.  If your product arrives damaged from transit please contact us at 1-800-533-7347 and press 1. We will send out replacement parts.  Please refer to our FAQs page for our Replacement Parts Policy which is listed in the Warranty section for each of our lines (Arrow Cabinets, Kangaroo Kabinets and Inspira).

 

Shipping Policy:

Shipments to US Territories or destinations outside the US & Canada –

We are happy to ship our products anywhere that we can make suitable shipping arrangements. However, shipping costs cannot be quoted by our online system for US Territory destinations or for destinations outside of the US and Canada. If you’d like to purchase one of our products for shipment to these areas, please call 800-533-7347 to get a shipping cost quote and to place your order.

Shipments to APO Destinations –

We’re sorry, we are unable to ship most of our products to APO addresses due to size restrictions of the US Postal Service. If you are interested in purchasing one of our smaller products (Gidget tables, Arrow Sewing Chairs or Suzi cabinets) for shipment to an APO address, please call 800-533-7347 to get a shipping cost quote and to place your order.

 

Privacy Policy:

Any personal information or email addresses collected during your transactions on the Arrow Cabinets website are kept for our company use only and will not be sold or shared to another party.

If you make a purchase on our website, your credit card information is processed securely with an authorized payment provider and is not stored by Arrow.
